How AdMar handles your data
This page explains the product behavior in practical terms: what you control, what stays attached to your account, and what you can delete or reset today.
In short
AdMar is built as a private place to work through live deals.
You can start safely, keep control over what you enter, and remove deal-level work when you decide it should no longer stay in the product.
Private by default
AdMar is designed as a private workspace for thinking through live deals before the buyer call, manager review, or internal challenge moment.
It is built for the work salespeople often need to do before they are ready to say something out loud.
You control what you enter
You can start with a hypothetical or anonymised company while you evaluate the workflow.
You do not have to use confidential details just to see whether AdMar is useful.
What stays attached to your account
Deal setup and deal-level work stay attached to your account and the specific deal they belong to so you can continue later across sessions and devices.
AdMar does not rely on persistent browser chat storage to preserve coaching continuity. The working source of truth is the deal record in your account.
Optional website analytics are only used if you accept optional cookies.
Files you choose to share
You choose the correspondence, documents and screenshots you bring into a deal. Pasted images remain in your current browser draft until you send the message; you can remove them first. AdMar does not monitor your clipboard or connect to your mailbox.
Uploaded originals and their extracted text are stored with that deal until you remove the file or permanently delete the deal. If sending a message fails after an image has uploaded, that image can remain in Deal files; remove it there if you no longer want it retained. Reading, indexing and coaching use our AI provider to process the files or text you choose to supply.
Deal files lets you inspect a source, exclude it from future document retrieval, or remove its original and extracted text. Earlier chat replies and other saved artifacts that quoted it remain in your history unless you clear or delete them separately.
Feedback you choose to request
Say what you need help with. AdMar uses relevant context from that deal to prepare a brief for you to review and edit before sending. Only the approved brief and review thread are shared; the reviewer cannot open your coaching conversation or private supporting excerpts.
You invite one reviewer by email. They verify that address to read and reply without creating an AdMar account. You can close replies, revoke access or delete the review; access also expires. Revocation cannot erase copies a recipient has already made.
Sharing a brief does not open the rest of your workspace to a manager or sponsoring programme. Feedback stays in the review thread unless you choose to bring it into coaching. Clearing a deal’s coaching also removes its reviews and feedback.
Deal commitments
Commitments stay within their deal. An explicit review sends bounded original chat and recorded action results to our AI provider to suggest promises for your confirmation. Rehearsal and uploaded documents are not analysed by that review.
Your confirmed records, excerpts and recent updates support coaching, Next Move and selected-deal portfolio planning. They do not become shared product facts. You can correct, dismiss, exclude or remove records. Removing a record clears its saved text and updates while retaining a small retry marker so the same reviewed chat does not recreate it.
Clearing deal coaching removes source-derived commitments; commitments you entered directly retain their separate seller-entered provenance until removed or the deal is permanently deleted. Earlier chat replies and other saved artifacts remain under the existing history controls.
Personal development
My development is optional. AdMar shows a proposed review scope based on existing coaching history; opening the panel does not enrol deals or run AI analysis. You can change that scope before choosing Show me what you’ve noticed, which enables development for only those deals and requests a review. New deals are not included automatically. The AI provider processes selected excerpts when you request a review or accept a focus and its first reflection.
The record is private to your account and separates AI interpretation, your reports and rehearsal. Proposed focuses require your confirmation. You can correct or dismiss an observation, edit its proposed focus, correct or exclude progress examples, change sources, pause support or delete the development record. Corrections are retained to avoid repeating rejected interpretations. Existing shared-memory opt-outs are respected. Your confirmed focus can support relevant coaching; private assessments and other deals' raw examples are not supplied to buyer-facing tools.
Development settings, focus history, source excerpts and reflections are retained until you remove them or their underlying sources. Removing a contributing deal clears its derived development material. Earlier saved chat replies remain under the existing history controls.
Portfolio plans
Portfolio coaching compares the deals you select within your own workspace. The latest three plans are saved so you can revisit them, and you can remove a saved plan.
Controls available in the product today
You can delete individual saved outputs from a deal.
You can clear coaching work for a single deal. That removes deal-level work created through coaching for that deal while keeping the deal record and setup context.
You can archive ready deals when you want them out of the active workspace.
You can permanently delete an archived ready deal. That removes the deal and everything attached to it, and it does not restore deal credit.
You can change your email, change your password, and revisit your cookie settings.
